A teller name barbara wow not only the rudest person but so unprofessional. She even told me 1. Never come back we domt want business from you. 2. Terrible customer service.
I opened up a savings account since mandatory for mortgage. The mortgage process was not timely or the best, so went with different lender. I thought I can leave savings for rainy day. I moved out of state and forgot about it. Unfortunately within 6 months of opening the account, they started to charge a quarterly 15 fee for Inactivity!! I was told they sent notices but they had my email and phone ... they could have reached out once to notify of such a ridiculous fee but nope. Mind you no fee was mentioned at opening. This is my local branch but I'm not thrilled with the recent customer service I received here over the phone. Thank goodness for Samuel, the call rep via Visions customer service line. My branch in Mahwah was telling me the website issues I was experiencing were due to me be intelligible for a particular promotion which I clearly stated twice was not true.
