Don’t bank with visions. They advertise 24 hour digital banking and half the functions stop working after 9pm. I locked my card and went to unlock it there’s no card there. I called customer service they gave me the run around and told me I have to wait until the actual customer service opens at 8:30am???? So who am I even speaking to if customer service isn’t open yet ? So my card has just been locked since 7am. A teller name barbara wow not only the rudest person but so unprofessional. She even told me 1. Never come back we domt want business from you. 2. Throw my driver license The manager is a decent guy and said sorry. Many good people looking for a job, but never said it before...if i was them, barbara will never be a customer service again Please go to another branch where they treat you nice!
