Horrible place!!! Would give ZERO stars if I could. You would have to HATE money to bank here. EVERYTING ABOUT NY EXPERIENCE today was negative, the people, the policies, the dismissive and rude behavior by staff, and last but not least their refusal to cash a valid check they issued because “it was more than $250”… apparently we are living back in 1950’where $250 buys a lot more than two bags of groceries 🤦♂️ if you have money here PUT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE, and if someone tries to give you a check from here REDUSE IT!!! Sasha Merrit helped my mom through the process of applying for a loan she had no idea that she would get and be approved.
