Sasha Merrit helped my mom through the process of applying for a loan she had no idea that she would get and be approved. The process was so fast all it took was to open up an account and apply for a specific loan. My mom is at ease because her car purchasing was made so easy and not dealing with the hassle of the car dealer makes transactions so smooth. Thank you Sasha Merrit for providing great customer service and fast and easy paper work . Highly recommend.
Today, Nov 25, 2024, is my second encounter with same teller in Bergenfield, giving me attitude and did not provide services again. I felt discriminated. I reported the incident to the main branch that i signed up with. And, I requested for a different share branch, so I can make a deposit on my account.
Harry took great care of me. He’s super nice patient and attentive. I have nothing but great things to say about this bank
I find the Saddle Brook Visions branch lacking in customer service and policy consistency. Tellers should be required to ask for the same information for each deposit and they do not. This is time consuming and not helpful.
