Absolutely the worst visions location in New Jersey, they need to hire and ENTIRE new staff. Everyone there is rude and not helpful. They give you attitude, they discriminate. They are drawing people away from Visions institution itself. Someone needs to manage this location properly or there will be many more complaints to come.
Ms. Wilson assisted me with my car loan and personal loan, and another customer representative whose name I unfortunately do not recall also helped me. They were both wonderful, very professional, and provided excellent customer service
