The person I dealt with at the Morris Plains office today couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. That kind of customer service is appreciated very much.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Last Wednesday around 2 PM, my Hispanic mother-in-law walked into this branch with a friend and politely asked a heavyset American male employee with black hair if there was someone available who spoke Spanish. Instead of offering basic courtesy, he ignored them for several minutes, barely acknowledged them, and finally muttered “someone is coming” in the rudest, most dismissive way possible — without even making eye contact. The manager was an awesome help and gave me great advice. Definitely would recommend to talk to her for anything!
Two employees told me to come in person to open an account said would be hassle free and easy and smooth. I went today as directed and some buffoon named Alex told me I wasn't eligible because I didn't go to church or have kids and it wasn't open to the public. Terrible customer service and nobody has a clue what they're doing there. Very misleading don't waste your time,im sure the eight 5 star reviews on google are from fake accounts or employees there. 0 stars trash!!!!
