Good customer service, but I'm wondering again why is there no indoor kiosk?? Recently there was a problem with the cash machine for a few days?? If there had been an indoor cash machine I would have no reason for me to travel almost 45 to get to another cash machine to deposit a check...

Absolute horrible customer service wait times on the phone, tried 3 times today, 9:30-1:15 and 3:00 and gave up each time after waiting 15mins. Very inconvenient for someone who can not get to an office in time after work before they close. 1 star
