I want to recognize Rhienna Sanger for how helpful she was during a visit I made recently. I walked in with a host of issues and challenges, and she answered all of my questions, offered physical copies of my statements and gave clear explanations about transactions on my account. I appreciate how patient and kind she was through the entire process; numbers and finance are not my strong suit, and I tend to get easily overwhelmed.
