Love the convenience of this bank & ATM in GIANT. All of the tellers we’ve worked with have been very friendly and helpful. Only wish their Saturday hours went into the afternoon.
1800 number Customer service is horrible.
My complaint has to do with VFCU's policies, not it's staff, per se. I was shopping at Giant and stopped at their in-store branch to purchase a roll of quarters. With CASH, mind you. They refused to let me purchase a $10.00 roll of quarters because I was not a member. I could understand if it required a nominal service fee, but the refusal was absolute.
