Rude telephone representation, ask a question and she's trying to get off the call for me yelling (did not), then she yells at me (by her definition), ask for manger and none are here, they're on lunch.
Shout out to Service & Sales Representative, Morgan Weiler, for her knowledge and expertise in assisting me to get the best deal possible to secure my funds with our most recent real estate closing! I had many questions with various options to choose from. Morgan explained each step so I could make the best informed decision to seal the deal. The top notch customer service and personal touch that Morgan provided is invaluable and very much appreciated. Thank you for a job well done!
This location is great, staff is very responsive and nice. To the people leaving bad reviews because of the move and new layout, maybe you should realize it was not their decision. Do you think they wanted to get rid of ATM's they had just put in and build a new building? Do you think they are the ones blocking off the parking lot to the old building that they do not own and no longer occupy? No they are not. Park in Barnes and Noble and walk over to go in. People need to stop looking for reasons to complain.
Not a bad credit union. However, it is pretty obnoxious that one of their employees has political bumper stickers attacking others. I mean, I just want to deposit a check.
