My mother in law had over $8000 in fraudulent charges over a two month period when she was in the hospital ..2 to 3 repeating charges a day for 2 months.. No notifications , when we brought this to Visions attention they initially refunded the money and then took it back, saying she was responsible for the charges even though they have not told us how they determined this. Had to hire a lawyer.. Would not recommend banking with an institution that is not willing to protect its customers...
The staff was very friendly and opening an account was made reasonably easy! Paid Street parking Close to downtown
Ms. Wood and the tellers are very nice and professional.
The best branch by far, the bank tellers are welcoming and are a friendly face to always see almost like your favorite local barista!!
