Wonderful friendly people ...excellent service
I have never had worst service at a credit union as with Visions. I was scammed by someone claiming to be an employer and the Horseheads branch treated me like I was the scammer and spoke to me afterward like I was a child. I am a civil service employee federally cleared to work in school districts with accounting degrees. I have been spoken down to when I go in the branch and I think it’s because I am a person of color. This bank never gave me nor sent me my account numbers and there are no manners when I am being taken car... read more
