Went to deposit that me and my wife are on the same check into only my account and bank is giving me an issue after it was signed by both of us if I could’ve given a zero star I would’ve given a zero star because in my opinion, that is very poor customer service you’re supposed to be there for the customers and when you’re a credit union, your customers are the ones that like owned the bank if they would’ve offered me a workaround then I would’ve taken the work around, but they want both of us to be here that are both on the... read more

This bank has effectively eliminated the personal touch of actually talking to a real live person, by eliminating all the branch phone numbers that allow you to talk directly with your local branch personnel.
This bank is a joke. Do not take your business there. They won’t give change of one’s for three twenties unless you have an account. And I get it but it’s 60 dollars. Community bank is so nice I recommend them they never hassle me and it’s because of that I’m going to open an account with them. And they aren’t in a strip mall with plenty of parking. What a dumb policy
