Today I had my first ever issue with the ATM at the Spencer branch. Immediately I panic and go inside, I’m more stressed than I am sure they want to be dealing with but let me say I am super grateful for the help I received today! Two awesome individuals were able to resolve my issue and get me in and out quickly as I was on my lunch break. I appreciate their efforts into making my day and days ahead a lot less stressful! Another reason why I love and continue to stay with Visions FCU.

My 2nd time rolling in just before close for service. Once again, very friendly nice staff. Richard printed me another card, wrote down the direct phone numbers for the Ithaca and Spencer branch, said to call if I needed them to wait before locking the doors if I was going to be a minute or two late) and did not make me feel like an imposition (for them having to stay a little late a 2nd time now).
