Service has dramatically declined since Vision Bank has taken over my bank. The staff rotates thru more often than a chicken on a rotisserie. Had a problem with online service. Took 3 phone calls to resolve. Mostly because their staff didn't listen and only spoke. They truly seem to have no concept of customer. Ultimately the bank came up with a solution; Bank somewhere else.
