I work at the Best Western Plus in Surprise, AZ Travis came in when we could not figure why our system was down. We had been working with or tech support teams for two day because both our operating system and credit card processer were down. Travis was able to come in and understand what needed to be done to get us back on line. He also connected our printers and second charge system to our network.

I had to update my dental software on 12 workstations, but the update required my server being updated from Windows Server 2008 to 2012. Visionary IT Services was able to work around my dental office schedule, getting everything updated during a weekend and a couple of evenings. Everything is running great! Thanks Visionary IT Services for taking great care of us!!!

I have been so impressed with the customer service of Visionary IT. Requests are answered immediately by a live person who works until issues are resolved. They do not give up, put you on hold or even put you on a work list. Their response is awesome! The best in the business. Our business is so fortunate to work with this company! HIGHLY recommend them!
