I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Originally I called the Alexandria office because it’s closer to where I live. I needed to make an appointment to get in faster so they sent me to this office. They’re so sweet, professional, patient, helpful and all the things. Honestly, this is the most positive experience I’ve had going to the eye doctor in my life. In my opinion, it’s not so easy to find that anymore. Such vision! Very wow!
It was so disappointing for the staff to care so little about losing a loyal customer. About 12 weeks ago I purchased my glasses. About 4 weeks ago that pair broke. So I replaced them. Last night the new pair broke in basically the same spot as I was cleaning them. Not only did they charge me full price again, they didn't even apologize.
