When I called them to explain the issues, they said they will come back to fix it but they never came back and on top of it stopped answering my calls. I will NOT recommend this business at all.
We were referred to Vision Shades by a friend and are very happy with our experience. They specialise in roller blinds and drapes. Michael spent a lot of time with us and gave great advice on our final drape and blind selections. There are no middle men here, which is why Michael is so knowledgeable about the products and installation. Also, by specialising in one type of blind and also keeping installation in-house, they are very competitive on price. We’re happy with the final product, and are all sleeping much better.
Had a pleasure of working with Michael to automate my existing screens and add a couple of motorized blackout blinds for the bedrooms. The entire experience was excellent - from the quotation / design to the delivery / installation and to ongoing support. Michael is super friendly, responsive, honest, and diligent. The quality of the blinds and the convenience of the autmation system is beyond my expectations - what a bargain! I wish I had a similar experience as these other reviews. I spoke with Mike over the phone and, as discussed, sent him measurements and pictures over text a week ago. I have never heard back from him since.
