My husband and I have been going here for years and always have a pleasant experience. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a great variety of glasses and provide top notch service. Cathy and Dr.S. treat us like we are family. Always a satisfied customer.
I come here every time I need my glasses taken care of. I will only see one person and that's CATHY! She is the absolute best and a complete genius. I offered to pay them on my day of visit - KNOWING my insurance did not cover my exam. They insisted on Sending a bill to my insurance. Asked for my Exam results and was given them Freely right then and there. However, was given someone Else's Results --- This is a violation of LAW. It took them 6 months to finally send me the Bill I wanted to pay on the day of the exam and now they refuse to give me my actual exam results until I pay in Full. Really? Who is the owner of this business? All I want to say is the staff at this business are thieves. They stole sunglasses from the owner to sell it to me for $20 to receive cash. Then they get from me another $50, so that means the staff stole from me $50. When I was there last year around August 2015, there were 3 staff (the staff were 3 women ) working there, they stole a used pair of sunglasses from the owner, then sold it to me for the price of $20 CASH, because they did not want the owner hear them talking to me, they whisp... read more
