Luz was a delight to work with. I called and scheduled an appointment for the upcoming weekend. She had 2 time slots available and we chose the later timeslot. On the day of the appointment, we ended up arriving early, so I called to see if we could get the other timeslot she offered and she agreed. Luz was very professional and had great ideas for poses for our family of 5. Highly recommend & will definitely return!

I don't usually leave negative reviews but there were a couple of things that were not right: 1. The listed price for 2 passport sized was $14.95 but actual price was $18.34. When asked about it, the lady at the front looked annoyed and said the price hasn't been updated. This was already misleading. 2. When I sat down to take my picture, I asked if I should take my glasses off. You would assume that if they take passport photos, they are knowledgeable about the requirements. Wrong. They lady didn’t seem qualified to be a photographer she didn’t even edit the photo to not show my pregnancy stretch marks the main reason I was excited for the photos and wasn’t shy to show my belly was because I thought she would edit my stretch marks off
