This is a very shady company. Loan officer Joanna Chavez was full of lies. She never once kept her word on anything. She said that she will cover half the closing cost only to tell me later that she is only giving me a $2k credit. Then she informed that she will be returning the full appraiser money only to tell me she's made some deductions without my authorization.
