Without a doubt Bridget Macgregor is my knight in shining armour. I went to her with my large mortgage exposure in a declining market and she orchestrated the best deals to shave off over 1% on my investment loans plus save me over $7300/year in charges! Needless to say our refinance and house purchase was not a smooth one. It felt like anything that could go wrong, did go wrong - at no fault of our mortgage broker.
