I don’t know if they’re that short staffed or the customer service it’s just that horrible. I’ve made multiple times to get a copy of my paper prescription with offering multiple ways of doing it and two weeks have gone by and I’ve even stopped there and I still do not have my prescription for my glasses worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My daughter left in tears, staff wouldn't help us due to my daughter not being able to do their first test. She is very sensitive to light. They said they wouldn't do anymore testing if she couldn't get this test done. Turns out from a different place we went to that she has a tiny piece of dirt below her pupil, now she has to go under and get it removed. I do not recommend vision mart. Not kid friendly.
This place is terrible. It has been over 45 days and I still do not have my glasses, correctly done, in my possession. Poorly trained and boarder line rude staff. Go elsewhere!!!!

poor service. Loud staff. left peoples paperwork laying around. bet I could have got info to steal id's. just take pits with camera phone. wonder why they have you sign hipa law when they don't protect your info
