Everyone has always provided great service. Even through this tough time. I don't spend a lot of time on hold. Always answers whatever concerns that I have. Love that they inspected my car as well! Edit: changed rating from 5 to 1. they turned out to be the worst bank ever. Unfortunately I had to file bankruptcy due to lies from centurylink, who made me lose my job. I’ve had 2 auto loans and other loans through this establishment. I totaled my vehicle, my insurance paid it off, IN FULL and on the DAY OF getting a new vehicle I was denied a loan which was last week. Very disappointed as I would have stayed a customer for life as I’ve shown I have been since 2016/17. Since then I’ve emptied my account and have gotten membership to a new credit union. What a shame man, I really loved this place and Ms. Waters who has been so helpful.
Been with this bank for 15 years & it’s time to leave, always a hassle for me to get access to MY money if it’s over a certain amount, never open on weekends so if you have an issue that needs attention immediately, not happening, no one ever answers the phone, very limited locations, I call to set daily spending limits for Saturday when the day comes to make the purchase, my card gets denied because the workers at this bank doesn’t know how to set spending limits for weekends.
