Pam is an exceptional person! She has helped me with my account on several occasions. Once, the Durham office even referred me to her in the Fayetteville office . I've never heard of this bank until today, 4/22/2025. A friend of mine had fraudulent charges on her debit card. Pam went above and beyond to help my friend resolve the issue.
