Adrienne Mayton teller was very rude, customer service is terrible This is the first I have every been encountered anything like this here at this credit union I have been a member for over 38 years
I’ve been a member for over 15 yrs. It’s always a pleasure working with Vision Financial they go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of service. I would especially like to highlight Pam Waters. She always works tirelessly and diligently concerning costumers needs and requests. Recently, she assisted me with some last minute auto loan concerns even though it was her Day Off !!!! I couldn’t recommend a better financial institution!!! 10 stars !!! Whether I’m pulling through the drive-through or walking into the branch, the staff always greets me warmly and recognizes me right away, which makes every visit personal and welcoming.
