I closed my account as they FAILED, every time there was a change, to update our accounts. We had 3. Hubby stayed but he’s now considering moving. Another change and he can’t log in. Has to reset his password. Nasty updates that never update ALL. Unfortunately just renewed our mortgage so that account needs to stay in place but once that is completed that account will be closed.
It used to be a lot better. But like a lot of the OG stuff and even some of the new staff are fabulous. Now there’s a few people there that I will literally turn around if they’re in the bank because they’re rude. But like a lot of the OG stuff and even some of the new staff are fabulous.
