I closed my account as they FAILED, every time there was a change, to update our accounts. We had 3. Hubby stayed but he’s now considering moving. Another change and he can’t log in. Has to reset his password. Nasty updates that never update ALL. Unfortunately just renewed our mortgage so that account needs to stay in place but once that is completed that account will be closed.
It used to be a lot better. But like a lot of the OG stuff and even some of the new staff are fabulous. Now there’s a few people there that I will literally turn around if they’re in the bank because they’re rude. But like a lot of the OG stuff and even some of the new staff are fabulous.

Called the branch this morning for some information on my account. The woman who answered the phone decided to “advise” me on where and how I spend my money. She even took the liberty to advise me that they do not cover any NSF fees (which I have never had). I understand if I asked for banking or budgeting advice but that was no where near why I called. Not sure when it became alright for the bank teller to advise customers where to spend their money!
