1st I went there to save money thinking the dr.s use a eye machine anyways. 2nd the older eye dr. wanted my last prescription I said you should be able to give me an eye exam. 3rd he said he was going to recommend a specialist because if I don't go in for surgery soon my eye will bust. They would get back to me. I loss my pair from one year ago so to save money had Lenses put into an old frame still cost me 225.00 before 6 months the one glass fell out loosing it but I did buy ins. got it replaced. Too bad you can’t update your website. Your not open on Sundays but according to the internet you are open that’s just bad business
Took my glasses in to have one of the arms put back on. When I got home I noticed that they didn't put the original arm back on. They put one on that is a completely different colour. I wish that I could post a picture. My frames are blue. They replaced the arm with a purple one and it's not put on correctly.
My family & I have gone here for years. The optometrist Dr Van has helped me in so many ways, and assisted my son in getting the proper eye care when he needed something special for sports while having a severe sensitivity to light. I do miss some of the employees in the glasses part, life changes, but Jonathan there is still the best at getting things done & making proper adjustments to glasses. There’s a great selection, and they’re usually always willing to work with you.
