So, unimpressed with the optician (as she firmly stated), all I wanted her to do is tighten the screws on each arm and give them a nice polish. Well, she decided that because they are kids glasses she needed to widen them for a better even though I explain they fitted quite well. She also spoke badly about one of her colleagues at the Walmart where I get my glasses in Spruce Grove "VERY UNPROFESSIONAL".... Now I'm having to find a place to get my glasses adjusted. 1st time today, Kim, you are a rock star!! You managed to get new frames for my mom in one visit. You're a true asset to the Vision Center. I'll definitely be back, what a pro. Thank you.
I had the best customer service here from Kim. She was very helpful and friendly . She assisted to pick out the right frames for me ,then proceeded to help with the paper work, I am receiving a new pair of glasses ,and very happy. Fast and efficient.
I went in today to browse frames and I had excellent fun service with Kim the manager and her associate. They made me feel welcome and not pushy at all !
