RecommendedI love this place so much. I will never go to another eye doctor. Dr.Borne and Jordan are a delight. My appointment was at 10am, I was out the door at 10:15am. They are so kind, quick, and efficient, I can't say enough good things about them. They also accept Medicaid and don't treat you like you are less important than a person with private insurance like a lot of places will. I have never received such rude, poor service from here. Usually Dr. Borne and her staff are professional and friendly.. However that was NOT the case today. Not only have I been waiting for 2 MONTHS for glasses for my daughter, who they mixed up with another patient with the same name.. I have had to call multiple times to re-order glasses, and was treated very rudely by the male receptionist. Not once was an apology issued or any ownership taken for the mix up.
