My hubby bought frameless glasses from these people with the scratch resistant feature. When they were scratched they were brought in. The first thing the service person was contradict their statement if there's any issues with the glasses, bring them in. They're brought in and I learn scratches were not part of the warranty agreement. First off, the scratch resistant application either doesn't work due to poor quality or it never was applied to begin with. There is no resistance. Great frames and prices. A little inconvenient as glasses seem to take longer to come in here than other place I’ve been. Plus all came in separate, three trips in later.....Had to send one pair back for a permanent smear on lens. Got them fixed, seems like the other lens has the same problem. It’s not to bad so I’ll live with it bc I don’t want to be bothered with some of the staff there. Kind of ignorant for their mistake, a simple sorry would have gone a long way.
