I got my glasses there no problem, was good service until one lady was giving me attitude when i tried to get my glasses fixed. They're fixable because i did it myself. She didn't want to fix them and tried to charge me with new frames. Overall, not really good service.
Was treated very rudely my staff and management.
Horrible fitting for my new glasses. They can't even balance them even that there so lop sided. I may have bought the glasses from them but I ended up going to a different glasses company to get them fitted and balanced even properly. Not this lop sided look. I'm just glad I have 2 pairs cause I was not happy with the look of the 1 pair and staff determined it looks correct. 🙄 😠 The staff may wanna get there eyes tested to know what's even and what's lop sided.
