Had my glasses and my daughter’s glasses done without an issue just last week. I have gone here for over 10 years. Booked for contacts on Tuesday they lost my number apparently called my family to contact me and rescheduled me to cancel again same day. Never an issue contacting me with my glasses or eye appointment last week though. Took a leap of faith and took another day off for today to get fitted again and they forgot to call me to tell me my contacts weren’t in. We showed up at 445 on a Saturday afternoon. The lady helping us was amazing and gave us the best customer service with putting up with two tired kids. In 15 minutes we had two orders completed and out the door. Top notch service! Thanks again!
