Very poor customer service. I called multiple times to make appointment and no answer, no voicemail- just “call back later”. Must be too much profit - don’t need customers !!

As someone with extreme anxiety, this was not the place for me. I first came in for an eye exam about a year ago and they were awfully rude to me when I first came in. I told them I booked an appointment and they were so awful towards me. As someone who is already bad at communicating, they made this experience 10x worse than it should be. While other employees of this store are very friendly and easy to talk to the manager of this department is obviously on a power trip and apparently dosen't know the first thing about basic human courtesy. With the way she berated her coworkers by yelling that she was "the boss" along with questioning my reasons for dropping someone off for an appointment I could almost swear I was talking to fidel castro reincarnated. All she was missing was the beard and cigar.
