Helena and the staff are always helpful - i’m speaking of the staff I always deal with. I’m very particular when it comes to my glasses and I’m not happy with the ones that I ordered from them, but that is not their fault. My child has ordered multiple pairs of the same glasses from there and they’re always very helpful with him and his glasses. If they weren’t, I wouldn’t return. I took an appointment before a month to get my eye tested and even they told me that if I don’t show up on time I will have to pay a 50 dollar fine . And when I came on the day they don’t even have a doctor on the day they gave me appointment .and they said they can get me an appointment from another doctor in pembroke or I can come in on mom I just lost a day at work because of the irresponsibility of ur staff 😠
