Called this place literally 14 times today, the girl came in an hour late, then when I she finally answered she said she could email over the prescription I needed to a diff location within 5 minutes, and literally 20 minutes go by and she stops answering the phone, absolute terrible quality customer service and effort to help customers.
We have dealt with Jessica several times now. She has been so helpful and knowledgeable, even past the customer service the pricing on glasses is hard to beat! It's our one stop shop!!
The girls here are amazing , always quick to help me with getting new glasses and making sure they fit.
I recently went to fix my glasses, the piece was poorly fitted and it cane out, while I was driving. Poor work done, I am not going back again to this shop
