Andrea is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She has helped 3 of our family members with glasses and contacts. We were never rushed, she helped us stay close to our budget and was very kind. I have also had the pleasure of meeting other staff members when I had a last minute adjustment and they didn’t hesitate to help us. Highly recommend this vision centre.
I went in to ask if they could fix 2 pairs of glasses that I had because Lens Crafters in Alliston where I bought them ,refused to touch them. The very kind lady in Vision center in Walmart was so nice and said sure ,they would fix them for me . I was so pleased because I was heading into hospital in Barrie for a big surgery in 2 days.I will be coming here for my next set of glasses. Such nice people who truly care. Thank you to the wonderful staff .
