Today was my first visit after reading the reviews. When I called to schedule my appointment, Ben was quite serious, but in person, he turned out to be really sweet. He assisted me in choosing my glasses without me even needing to ask. He's very stylish, and all the girls were incredibly nice and supportive throughout the process.
I scheduled an appointment yesterday through Tele Optometry and provided my insurance information during the call. Since this process was new to me, I asked if there were any changes to my policy or coverage and was told no. I arrived for my 10:50 a.m. appointment but wasn’t seen until around 11:25. Dr. Thorsen is the spitting example of the optician you want on your team. He takes clear care in his process and making sure that you’re not only well examed, but also well aware in the process. He’s incredibly caring about the entire interaction, and a pleasure to see every year.
