My experience with the entire staff was amazing. Erica and Ben did an amazing job on making my bifocals work with the frames I picked out. Thank you to all of the staff!!!
I have never had a better experience than I had today. Erika is a champion, in customer service. She went way above the call of duty to help me pick and fit my glass on my face. This is the only place I would recommend to anyone.
I was a tough customer to fit. Not happy with prior eyeglass purchases from other places, having paid alot out of pocket for glasses I hate. But ERICKA! For the love of Ericka! She and the doc helped me so much! I ended up with 2 pairs of glasses instead of bifocals, which I did not know was an option. Super happy with that. The frames I originally picked out were causing me pressure sores. Ericka schooled me on how frame sizes work and now I know what to look for when buying glasses.
