Had night and day blinds installed in Oct '24, went into store on Jan 2nd '25 to inform of an issue with the end plate, they agreed to order a replacement. Didn't hear anything for months, contacted them again in March and said they had ordered the parts but they had all been used, so would need to reorder, the sales assistant repeatedly kept saying it wasn't his fault, he had done his job but others had failed in theirs all he had to do was say sorry and move on, not keep passing the buck. Excellent personal service, with lovely quality blinds and shutters. Kesh was very polite, knowledgeable and did a cracking job. Very very pleased 😀
Really helpful and always easy to deal with. Highly recommend and have them coming back to the house for another measure up
