Where is the personal touch, that should be automatic and every interaction with customers? The last 2 maybe 3 times coming through the drive up banking, not one teller has came on camera and said a greeting, “hello, I’ll get this entered for you”, or so much as a thank you when transaction is completed—DO BETTER -it’s the customer service that sets you apart, in my humble opinion!
