I have heard several people comment about Vision Bank but I have never had an issue with them. I have always been treated with respect and they always help me when I need it.
Typically very kind and professional and have always been willing to work with me with in what their policy allows, but I've been less thrilled by their service lately. They don't show your transactions up to date, which if you're running on a tight budget can cause issues. It's 2025, I don't understand why this is an issue these days.
