Mrs Mayo is such a delight.
I’ve been banking with VISION Bank before they were VISION Bank! Way back then, they were called Bank of the Arbuckles. I do wish there were more locations as it is a good 40 minute drive to get to any of their Bank locations for us now that we have moved.
Where is the personal touch, that should be automatic and every interaction with customers? The last 2 maybe 3 times coming through the drive up banking, not one teller has came on camera and said a greeting, “hello, I’ll get this entered for you”, or so much as a thank you when transaction is completed—DO BETTER -it’s the customer service that sets you apart, in my humble opinion!
I have heard several people comment about Vision Bank but I have never had an issue with them. I have always been treated with respect and they always help me when I need it.
