I call ever day and no answer
I've been a customer of Vision Audio in Midland for some time (4 or 5 Kenwood in-dash navigation units, 4 remote starts, after marker alarm, and miscellaneous speakers and back-up cameras). When the Midland store closed, I wanted to continue with Vision Audio even if it meant a drive. Not only did they not fix my problem, they didn't even care about it. And were rude on top of everything else. Obviously, they have too many customers, so I'm going to help them out by finding someone else for my future business.
Most helpful service in town. Tried to help with problems I had regardless of whether they were getting paid...
Terrible workmanship, horrible installation, bad service, cost me 300$ more cause they didn't connect my 4x4 back, would never do business here again, please be warned
