I was very pleased with the service I received at the Pella store. The staff were helpful!! They have helped me with frames over the years. Very affordable and I would purchase future products from them again!
The employee who helped me was super helpful and easy to work with. The glasses were done faster than I expected. but the second pair of glasses couldn’t be finished that day and they said they would put them in the mail the next day but when I called several days later, I found they failed to do that, they waited five days before putting him in the mail and now it’s been nearly two weeks and I haven’t received them so I’m not really impressed with their mail system.
