They were willing to offer free phone consultation in ads however highly unprofessional and rude responses upon requesting advertised service. Not recommended at all.
When I first started with them, they were good. But for the next visa, they became completely dodgy. I filed a visa in November last year, never got an acknowledgement letter and when I chase it up, they give bucket loads of excuses until they stopped responding to me completely. They're not intimidated being reported either DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
Totally hopeless thats the office in sydney I kept reminding them to lodge the application form and i was told that it can be done on line. they left it to the very last day to lodge the application and it was rejected because it could not be lodged on line and had to be posted or delivered by the due date. because they stuffed up and tried to deliver it after the due date the immigration office refused the application. this has caused a lot of grief and still is.
