Letitia never replied to our emails. If your case is even slightly complicated, she'll simply ignore you. Don't waste your time.
Letitia and Dawn know their stuff , know what buttons to press and are very effective. All that and a friendly smile too ! Can recommend them strongly.
The worst client service that I have ever experienced. Very little to no feedback on any enquiries and absolutely no accountability. Rude and ridiculously unprofessional. Dawn Viljoen and Letitia de Lima, I am utterly disappointed in the poor service that you two have rendered. This, over the course of more than two years, of which, I was mostly following up, only to receive no, or very little, feedback. I have had to report them to the MARA authorities and cannot recommend their services to anyone.
