Do not expect even remotely decent or timely customer service from Visa Place. Once they have your deposit, you will not matter to them. You cannot call and get a human being that can help you on the phone, if you can get through at all. If you do get through, they advise you to email to make a phone appointment. You then email and do not hear back for literal months, again, if at all. They do not keep you updated about what is happening after you've paid your deposit.
