Visalia Medical Clinic was originally formed in 1940 as a medical partnership between Dr. I. M. Lipson and his son-in-law Dr. William S. Neal, and with the addition of Dr. J.H. They are the biggest scammers in the business! Do not go here. I went in for a covid test, which I thought was free according to https://covid19.ca.gov/get-tested/. But no the minute you walk in and they take your blood pressure its now a covid test + office visit. So now the "free" covid test costs you over $250 dollars!!!
