During the process, I specifically asked if I could travel with just the Work Permit, and they did not advise me about the need for a TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) stamping (after this happened however they argue that this wasn’t true) As a result, I was stuck in India for five months, which caused significant stress and inconvenience.
