I’ve had several sessions with Heide, and she has helped relieve my neck pain, sciatica, and chronic back pain. I’ve tried intensively physiotherapy, osteopathy, and other treatments, but her deep tissue massage has provided some of the most noticeable pain relief. The treatment can be uncomfortable at times as she works on the deeper muscles with tension, but it’s absolutely worth it afterward. My massage was excellent. Heidi was vey professional, she explained what was my problem, work in my issue and provided me with advice in how to avoided it, like posture and exercise that I can do at home I highly recommend her
