Wish I could give zero stars. I paid out of pocket for healthcare because I wanted to have decent help and communication. What I got was terrible communication, terrible medical advice, and a screw up with the pharmacy. There was a week long problem with my RX. And, the practitioner ignored all my phone calls. I have not been there but I read some of the negative reviews. I am posting this because they told me that they wanted to do a FREE consultation first BUT in order to do the free consultation they wanted to put my credit card on file. I never had a clinic that wanted my credit card information for a free consultation. This seems a little strange.
This is a disappointing review to write as I had great hope when I first started at this clinic last February. In the beginning, the clinic seemed to be operating well with strong patient communication and efficiency. After a few months though, the operations fell apart with a major turnover of staff. The impact to my plan was significant. I was unable to get in touch with the clinic for days on end. This caused a gap in my prescriptions for weeks on end. There were 2 gaps of 2-4 weeks. I am now under a certain treatment with them. My health has drastically improved so far. The love and emotional support is above and beyond! Joy and Ashley are just amazing. They CARE!
