Virtual Online Tax & Services LLC (VOLTS) failed to file my 2023 corporate federal and state tax returns by the deadline even though I timely provided all of the supporting documents, approved the final returns and paid their invoice in full. They never informed me that they failed to timely file my returns. When I asked why I didn’t see a copy of the filed returns on the firm’s online portal, I was assured that they had been filed and sent me a copy.
