I contacted Virsa Law Group LLP regarding my legal matter and initially expected a more responsive and supportive communication experience. While the firm is professional in its presentation, my personal experience was that the communication felt limited and not as clear or timely as I had hoped. I believe effective communication is very important in legal matters, especially when clients are dealing with stressful situations. I hope the firm can improve responsiveness and clarity in client interactions going forward.
