Customer service is horrible when dealing with management. Sales associates are helpful, but I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future.
Sales associates Chris and Jackie are great, but telephone operator, admin staff and owners are unprofessional and could benefit from customer service training. They have total disregard for their customers and seem clueless when it comes to issues with their furniture products. Very disappointed in this local business and will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
