I have been buying equipment and parts from Virginia Tractor for almost 20 years. I’m not sure what’s happened over the past couple of years, but this establishment has gone downhill. If you want to receive the wrong parts, or stand around for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help you purchase a very expensive piece of equipment, this is the place for you. Recently I took two UTV tires in to be mounted, after paying $156 for the tires to be mounted backwards, I decided that I’m never going back to this establishment.
Very easy to deal with. Helpful and customer oriented.
