I am a Kitchen & Bath designer who has been using Virginia Tile in Elk Grove Village for many years. I love their beautiful showroom and their business model. They sell to only the trade which makes things easier! If you are a consumer, make sure to visit the showroom with your designer who will have an appointment scheduled for you. This store is very pretentious, charges you surcharges on everything and won’t let you return unused materials one star
The person we worked with had us order 2 extra boxes. White tile and non-returnable. Know what you are ordering and do not ask them.
