The selection of tile is huge. Kristen B. assisted me. She is incredibly helpful.
Great selection Great customer service I was offered 3 tile samples to try at my home. Kristen B. assisted me. She was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She showed me samples. She gave me samples to try at my home. I like how the samples are labeled so they are easy to identify. Kristen offered to carry the samples to my car. I highly recommend Virginia Tile showroom.
This place is the worse. Good luck picking up your tiles. Only open from 7am thru 4pm m-f. They do not even accommodate working people.

I am a Kitchen & Bath designer who has been using Virginia Tile in Elk Grove Village for many years. I love their beautiful showroom and their business model. They sell to only the trade which makes things easier! If you are a consumer, make sure to visit the showroom with your designer who will have an appointment scheduled for you.
