I have a business 2 one way hrs away. We do floor work. We had a customer with substantial grout issues. We used a color guide. The local store had the color on their shelf. My daughter who lives in the area pick up 2 bags in case we had to do serious removal etc. She paid cash and brought it to me the day before the project.
