So the fact im missing work is why I cant give 5 starts, But I can say Cullen was very helpful, got my email for work sent fast & very helpful. The small talk was good n kept me from being pissed. Because I am, but hopefully its fixed soon.
They advertise 24/7 support but only accept calls during business hours. I am very tech savvy person and this WiFi setup has been very troublesome.
