Really surprising just how good their customer service is. I was having internet issues where my network was cutting out repeatedly and couldn't figure out what wws happening. I called their customer service and had someone on the line in 5 minutes that diagnosed my issue and dispatched a tech, who was incredibly friendly, the next day and repaired it. Considering the type of support you get at other internet service providers this was fantastic.
Long pending issue was resolved in few minutes. She was able to explain. Walk me through the steps and help to resolve the issue. Great to get her support. I was determined to switch internet by tomorrow but she is smart to solve and make me stay with Skywire. Thank you, Ramesh Solanki
