Great experience with Amy and Mike from Skywire. Skywire's ISP came with my apartment and when I reached out to them about not being able to access my school's websites after my school's IT shrugged it off they worked quickly to track down the issue. When Mike found out that my school was blocking all the IP's from my building he didn't just tell me to talk to my school. Mike asked for my school's number and talked to IT directly to get my school to fix it. Thank you Amy and Mike!
Samantha Sanborn was extremely helpful, personable and easy to work with! She walked me through finding my router and figuring out how to access it, was extremely patient with me too! Made a painful task something easy and mindless for me, truly loved her service (which is not something I expected while trying to set up my wifi lol)! Thank you again Samantha
