I was trying to upgrade my service and was having a hard time getting everything to work. The staff were nothing but helpful, especially Robert T and Hunter B. Hunter went above and beyond to get my internet working, even changing out the old wires in a panel in my bedroom closet to get the speed working properly. Robert immediately called me afterwards to make sure that I was up and running properly. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had from a service provider!

Luke at Skywire was able to solve a very complicated connection issue for me, he was diligent, polite and patient while walking me through the initial troubleshoot/diagnostic steps of the process. Once he recognize the issue would take some time to get fixed on the back end he promptly let me know. Then gave me a call back to insure what was done to resolve the issue actually did resolve it. Amazing customer support person and would recommend him to anyone moving forward.

This is the worst Internet I have ever had. It is not reliable, but I have no option considering the apartment complex only will allow us to use them. I wish I could use another Internet provider at least once a week the Internet is down and when you call, they are not open. I have lost many business opportunities due to the Internet.
